Before your first visit, all new patients are required to attend a tele-health or in-person visit with Amanda Dotten.
To make your first visit seamless, please fill out our new client forms attached to the confirmation email you receive with your first booking. If you haven’t received your forms within 1 hour after booking, please check your spam emails, or give our office a call and we can resend them.
